Easy swim with Charlie after run. 1000 standard warm up (with toe and arch cramps!) then 10 x 100 with 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 20, 15, 10, 5s rest. Held around 1:20 on all - ugh! Toes kept cramping or threatening to do so. 100kick, 100 pull. 8 x 75 with 0,5,10, 15, 15,10, 5 sec rest - held 60-62s. 100 kick, 100 pull twice. 6 x 50 r 0, 5, 10, 10, 5 IMO(no fr) x2. 4 x 25 odd k, even p.
