My lower back was a little tight in the morning, nothing hurt me during track. After I got out of the car from driving home my lower back and more so my hip was feeling sore and continued to get worse. Hip is very sore now and feel like there is a knot just below hip bone. Checked on the internet, maybe Bursitis. Not good timing.
