You get charts, calendar, summaries, reports etc etc. If you later want to edit or delete your workouts, set goals or add routes you can sign in using your Slowtwitch forum login. Why?This is a great way of logging workouts without having to log in to Slowtwitch, and Twitter has great mobile support and plenty of 3rd party applications. Details...To be able to log your workouts via Twitter, you first need to link your Twitter account with your Slowtwitch account. After signing in, you can link your accounts from your profile page. After your workout is created on Slowtwitch, we will send an @reply to you with the url for the workout.
